ESTIMATES The costs and expenses cited in the proposal are Matters of Gathering’s best estimates given the information provided. If additional information is forthcoming the project specifications change, or the scheduling changes, cost and expense estimates may change. Cost and expense estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of this proposal.

 

REVISIONS AND ALTERATIONS Work not described in this proposal, including but limited to revisions, corrections, alterations and additional proofs, will be billed as an additional cost at the hourly labour rate.

 

RESPONSIBILITY Matters of Gathering will make every reasonable effort to assure the accuracy of the material produced, but is not responsible for the correctness of copy, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, nor for obtaining clearances or approvals.

 

GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada in the Province of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding The Site, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding The Site.
