The Process

When you’re ready, please send us your contact information via our on-line form and if known, include details such as desired date, location and approximate # of guests as well as anything else you’d like us to know.

We will respond within 48hrs to schedule a time for a discovery call. We recommend setting aside a minimum of 20mins.

On the discovery call, we will discuss your vision and learn more about each other and how we can work together to make your day everything you imagined.

We will then get busy and put together a customized quote and first draft vision board, tailored to your specific event. This will take up to 3 business days because we want to make sure we capture everything you’ve imagined and then some!

We schedule a 2nd meeting where we will present the vision, review the quote and contract from beginning to end and answer any questions you may have.

We hope that you will be thrilled and ready to start the planning right away but we understand this is a big decision and may take some time. When you are ready, we will sign off on the contract, collect the first payment and begin planning the wedding of your dreams!

In the days, weeks and months ahead, the planning will grow and evolve and there may be changes, additions, deletions which is all normal and part of the process. We encourage open communication and we understand that adjustments may be required as the day gets closer.
